ADDITIONAL INFO

Manufacturer: our own development

The setup based on the contrast analysis of laser speckle images can serve information on flow velocity of media which can be directly illuminated and imaged, and contain scattering centers (e.g. colloids, blood in tissues).

Main properties:

-2D flow maps with temporal resolution below 1s and approx. 400×300 pix spatial resolution

-the lateral extent of the monitored surface can range from mm2 to about m2 depending on the applied optical system. The sampling depth (usually wavelength dependent) is determined by the absorption and scattering properties of the medium.

-available wavelengths: 635 nm, 785 nm, 808 nm
