In the “Momentum” Porous Nanocomposites Research Team of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the University of Szeged Ákos Kukovecz PhD and his dynamic research team investigate the interaction of gases, fluids and solid materials with micro- and mesoporous networks consisting of nanostructures. Since these processes are the basis of many phenomena that play crucial roles in our everyday lives, the exploration of their physical and chemical background might serve the development of practical applications. So far the main focus of the research team was on increasing the selectivity of sensors.
